SHIPPING POLICY 

Thank you for visiting www.special-touches.co.uk. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

We're based in the UK and all orders are sent from our UK warehouse using Royal Mail. 

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after midday on Friday will be processed the following Monday (or next working day where a weekend falls with a Bank Holiday).

All orders are packed and shipped according to the size, weight and value of the shipment. 

While we take care and try to ensure goods are shipped quickly on the most appropriate service, we understand delays can occur. Where a shipment is delayed, while we will try to assist as much as possible however, we can't be held responsible for any consequential loss resulting from the delay. Our shipping rates are as follows:

Royal Mail 48 (2-7 Days) - £1.99 (Free for orders over £20.00)
Royal Mail 24 (1-3 Days) - £3.99 

European Shipping 4-10 days - Cost based on the value of your order:

Order Value £0-£4.99 - £1.99
Order Value £5.00-£9.99 - £2.99
Order Value £10.00-£19.99 - £4.99
Order Value £20.00+ - £9.99

All deliveries and estimated delivery schedules are given on a 'Best Endeavours' basis. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during times of high demand, such as seasonal sales, Christmas or during pandemic restrictions. All days counted are counted as working days (Monday to Friday).

Overseas Orders
We are based in the UK and all our orders are shipped from our UK warehouse. Orders sent overseas (Including to the EU) may incur import duties and taxes, which are payable by the customer.
